How Our Process Works
Getting a completely finished seasonal porch is simple and convenient. We review your details remotely so you don't have to rearrange your schedule.
Share Your Photos and Your Vision
Click the link at the top or bottom of this page-REQUEST TO BOOK. Fill out our quick form and submit clear photos of your porch/yard/whatever it is you want decorated, along with your preferred seasonal style and anything else you think we should know.
Custom Design Review
We analyze the size, style of your porch and what you envision based on the questionnaire and your photos. Once we come up with your design, we will send it over to you for final review.
Lock In Your Install Date
Approve your design plan and place 50% down to secure your booking on our calendar for quick installation.
✨️✨️We can only GUARANTEE an install by or before October 15 if you submit your request to book by October 10. October 15 is not a cutoff date- We just want customer's to enjoy their decor as long as possible. HOWEVER-- WE WILL INSTALL UP UNTIL 10/30/26 FOR FALL/HALLOWEEN. After October 31, we will begin Fall/Thanksgiving Refresh.

Securing Your Delivery/Installation
All you have to do is complete the questionnaire by clicking the Request Your Package button. We will take the info and pictures you provide, to determine the exact look you want to achieve. Using the photos and answers from your submission form, we craft a cohesive finished concept. All you need to bring to the table is knowing what aesthetic you love—we handle everything else from sourcing to full arrangement.
Once we finalize your design and confirm your package cost, the immediate next step is a deposit to secure your booking date. Our setup slots fill quickly each season across the Huntsville area, so securing your spot soon ensures your porch is styled right on time.
Now What?
You requested to book, we confirmed the details, now give us a few days. We are working to give customer's a 5 day installation guarantee so we can be sure that you get to enjoy your decor for as long as possible.
On the day before your delivery/install, you will receive a text to confirm your estimated delivery time block. In the event you need to reschedule, you will have 48 hours to choose a new date, if you do not pick a new date/time within the time limit, you will forfeit your deposit.
ON DELIVERY/ INSTALL DAY!!! We will arrive to your home to either 1) deliver your items so You can complete your porch design OR 2) deliver your items and complete your porch installation.
We will take pictures to confirm the work is complete & its everything you dreamed, then your final balance is due. YOU PAY the final total and YOU'RE DONE. NOW... ENJOY and Let your neighbors ENVY... but tell them SPC did it!
